Conduit Hires Industry Veteran to Support Rapid Company Growth

Boaz Goldschmidt to Join Conduit as Vice President of Corporate Development and Lead the Company’s Strategic Partnership Efforts

REHOVET, Israel–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Conduit®, enabling web publishers to distribute their offerings directly and through its global network of publishers, today announced the addition of Boaz Goldschmidt to the Conduit leadership team as Vice President of Corporate Development. This new appointment will help advance Conduit’s industry-leading position by providing additional support to its corporate development and strategic partnership efforts.

As Conduit’s Vice President of Corporate Development, Goldschmidt will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships that will leverage the massive Conduit network of more than 200,000 web publishers and 60,000,000 users and for the integration of new technologies into the Conduit Platform.

Before joining Conduit, Goldschmidt co-founded Yozma, a company that effectively created the Israeli venture capital market in 1993 through the formation of its first venture fund, Yozma I. For more than 15 years Goldschmidt led many of Yozma’s investments in software and internet companies including E-sim (NASDAQ: ESIM) and CommTouch (NASDAQ: CTCH), as well as its investment in Conduit in 2006. Prior to Yozma, Goldschmidt was head of the Royalties Department at the Office of the Chief Scientist where he evaluated investments in hundreds of high-tech companies primarily in the fields of Communications, Software, and Microelectronics. Goldschmidt received both a BA degree in Economics and an MBA degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
