e-Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Ragley to Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, reporting to the President and CEO, Ola Sage. Effective immediately, Ms. Ragley assumes responsibility for leading e-Management’s service delivery organization supporting various government customers.
Ms. Ragley officially joined e-Management in July 2009 following a 3-month consulting engagement with the company supporting several business development initiatives. Prior to joining e-Management, Ms. Ragley was the Vice President of Operations for a government contractor, Citizant, and directly responsible for over $14M revenue annually. During her tenure, the company successfully completed transition from the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI®) Maturity Level 2 (ML2) to CMMI ML3, and implemented certification programs for Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) and Lean Six Sigma. Ms. Ragley drove continuous improvement procedures through the operations organization leveraging ISO and SEI CMMI best practices and demonstrating her commitment to corporate excellence. During her 28 years of experience in government and commercial contracting, she has also held a number of significant senior management positions with DynCorp, American Management Systems, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Ms. Ragley holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania and a certificate from the Cornell University in the Executive Leadership Program in Strategic Thinking, Scenario Planning, Executive Decision Making, and Leading through Creativity.
In her new role, Ms. Ragley will apply her unique blend of experience in general management, operations, business development, and contracts to build and lead the strategic direction of e-Management’s service delivery functions and prepare for our next phase of growth.
