Datacard Group Displays Latest Product Advancements at Cartes 2009
Enhancements to familiar platforms and a preview of new developments will be on display.
MINNETONKA, Minn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– At Cartes, Datacard Group, the world leader in secure ID and card personalization solutions will have their latest and greatest on display for the card industry as they celebrate their 40th anniversary at the Cartes and IDentification exhibition.

Spotlight products include the Datacard® MPR5800™ inline card production and personalization system. With its latest enhancements the MPR5800 system can achieve speeds of up to 10,000 cards per hour for telecomm applications and up to 6,000 cards per hour for financial applications– all while keeping costs per card low and production reliability high.
A featured preview will be the Datacard® SR300 card printer. It offers high-quality single or dual side retransfer color printing, with a unique design that maximizes supply yield, and minimizes its desktop footprint.
Other technologies on display will include the Datacard® PB6500™ passport issuance system, the Datacard® MX6000™ card issuance system with the Artista® VHD retransfer color printing module, as well as a complete selection of Datacard® secure ID solutions and DataCard® Certified Supplies.
