Go Straight to Models Direct to Find Models for Publicity Material
When theatre company Goodnights Entertainment needed models to promote a new show, they turned to Models Direct to find them. There were just a few days to find the models, arrange a casting meeting and complete the photoshoot – but that’s not a problem for top commercial modelling agency, Models Direct!
Harriet from Goodnights Entertainment was looking for two pretty and friendly female models in their 30s or 40s to pose for images used in publicity material for their upcoming show, Girls Night. Models Direct provided a selection of models they felt would be appropriate. In the end it was models Emma and Tatyana who were selected and asked to attend a casting meeting with the directors and writers of the show. The whole process was very quick: just two days after impressing the directors and writers, Emma and Tatyana were taking part in the photoshoot.
The two women were asked to play very different roles, roles that they ended up being perfect for. Emma played an outrageous extrovert whilst Tatyana was more conservative. They were both provided with costumes that reflected these personalities.
This was the first modelling experience they had had with Models Direct, but they received some fantastic feedback from Harriet.
“What the models lacked in experience was gained in personality, making the whole project realistic and believable,” Harriet told Models Direct. “Emma gave a great performance acting an outgoing character and shone when in front of the camera. Tatyana had the idyllic look we required for the shoot and played her role to an outstanding level.”
It will often be the case that models are needed for assignments at very short notice.
