Himfr Reports China's Domestic Potash Fertilizer Market Has Opportunities

that China's domestic potash fertilizer market has opportunities for growth.

The global potash demand is still shrinking, resulting in the strongest
potash prices continuing to fall. Himfr has learned that due to Russia's BPC
and North America's Canpotex, along with other giants, cutting prices, a
downward spiral also has begun on the price of domestic potash fertilizer.
However, analysts believe that potash fertilizer prices are expected to
stabilize around the Spring Festival, with prices having opportunities in the
future.

Prior to this, a higher concentration of major potash fertilizer producers
in China have tried to lower production and protect the price to get out of
the crisis, the global potash demand has shrunk to make major domestic potash
fertilizer sales businesses experience and downturn.

industry will be significantly less than the stock of potash.

The domestic potash fertilizer market outlook still has opportunities.
Analysts believe that, from the internal environment, such as fertilizer
plants, often before the onset of peak production, the selection of cut-off
off-season in order to reduce storage costs, thus forming the seasonal changes
in demand for the potash industry. Right now is not really a fertilizer
season, as downstream demand is weak; and therefore the market transactions
are at a minimum.

As for international trade, the recovery of potash in Asia will see
potassium chloride standard pre-sale prices no lower than 385 U.S. dollars,
and large-particle potassium chloride prices less than 400 U.S. dollars. Once
the international prices increase, then the domestic potash fertilizer
producers are still expected to obtain new price increase opportunities.
