Leading Midwest Bank Selects Ultimate Software’s SaaS Solution for Human Capital Management

With approximately 1,000 employees in 48 locations, INTRUST Bank has been using a customized but outdated in-house HR and payroll solution. Because the bank’s existing method for managing HR, payroll, and benefits involves several different databases and requires significant data entry and reconciliation, HR leadership sought a new human capital management (HCM) solution to improve efficiencies. After investigating several options, INTRUST chose UltiPro to automate processes; integrate workforce information; and better provide accurate, relevant, and timely information to HR leadership and company executives.
