BURBANK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– MASTERIMAGE Co., Ltd, maker of the fastest growing Theatrical, Display and Mobile 3D imaging systems is proud to announce it has been acquired by US based Symphony 3D Holdings. The new company, now called MASTERIMAGE 3D, LLC, has been capitalized with a new investment of 15 Million USD. The company’s aggressive growth combined with its acquisition and investment is evidence that the company has become a major player in the 3D marketplace.
Thanks to this substantial capital infusion and its new ownership, the U.S. based MASTERIMAGE is well positioned to advance in every area of its business. The company is now focused on the expansion and diversification of its markets and has new manufacturing agreements with KDC Corporation. Through the expansion of its research and development, MASTERIMAGE will provide superior products and services to the market.
